The project was a seven storey building in the Wellington CBD. The building was not up to the current NBS standard. Drawings showed it was designed and potentially construced in 1930-1940. Freyssinet were engaged to undertake a condition assessment of the building, with the aim to establish the current baseline condition which could then be fed into a remdiation strategy, pending the findings of the condition assessment.
